Be careful with ordering with this company. They deal with DHL for delivery. First time ordering with them and their order got held at customs. No phone call, no email. All I wanted was my stuff. I had no clue how long it would take. And I had no tracking # provided. Just an email stating it was shipped. I ordered $140 Canadian worth of products and now I'm getting charged $83 US because DHL did not hold my package any longer. See message below from company:DHL waited for your information and/or customs fee for 2 weeks to process your order. DHL can no longer hold your package at their facility. The package will be returned to the sender. We will refund your order after deducting the fees below.
