If I could give this negative stars, I would! We did expedited shipping & was given 3-5 business days to ship. We are going on 11 business days & it still has not shipped & they will not give us a ship date! We are told it’s “in production”. I have tried to cancel the order but conveniently cannot because it’s past their 3 day policy. Now they want to only do a partial refund. If this were a custom dress, I could understand but this is an off the rack size!! And on top of that, we were charged a Foreign Transaction Fee that was not disclosed on the website! This website is a joke, a scam, a fraud! I have reported them to Google Ads as fraud so hopefully no one else will be duped into this “too good to be true” website. I will copy & paste this report to every review website I can!! This is poor customer service & they refuse to make it right!!
