Terrible customer service.
Wish I could give stars. I ordered 12 dog eic tests and got 6. They told me their website was wrong and didn’t calculate correct amount for 12. Wanted another 300$ or will issue a refund minus a $40 fee. So I lost $40 due to their poorly designed
