I ordered an item back in November (more than 2 weeks ago). So far I haven't gotten anything.
(Oder number is #5200009277 in case they read this, which I highly doubt as I think this is a fraudulent company).
They charged my credit card immediately after the purchase and sent me an invoice with a broken tracking link (it leads me to some NetSuite login page). Tried to contact them several times via email, no response (checked the junk mail folder, of course and let them enough time to answer). Customer service by phone is also unreachable.<br />
At this point my chance is between slim and none to get the product, but I also can't get a refund. Should I call the police?
