I have been dealing with the corporate offices for the past 2 months, they know that I'm due a refund. I was told the refund will be issued a refund per this email

If the card is no longer valid, we would like to collect a new card number or a PayPal email address so we can have this refund processed for you. Please provide this information at your earliest convenience so we can forward it to our Finance Department. <br />
