Had a bad experience with REGENTOLOGY and wanted to share my experience with others before you lose your money.
They charge a sign-up fee of $299 to provide leads, but their leads are BOT generated and useless. In 4 months, I received 10-12 leads and all were bad leads. Ones I received had wrong & non-working numbers, wrong persons and wrong email addresses. Buyers that were never interested in buying. After a few complaints they promised to create “special” ad to generate serious leads but it was all a lie. If you got lucky and got a lead and called the buyer then, you would realize that the buyer had no interest in buying was not even serious. Something you get all the time in our business. Someone just kicking the tires. But REGENTOLOGY calls it a “Serious Buyer”. It’s a joke.<br />
Just wanted others to know to “NOT” fall into their trap and waste your time and money. I wasted 4 months with them didn’t get a serious lead and to top it all “didn’t get refund”. Their reasoning they provided service and leads “even if it was bad leads”.<br />
Oh yes BTW even if they don’t provide good service they get to keep your money.<br />
So think carefully before signing up and wasting your time and money. <br />
My mistake I didn’t read the others review before signing up and hope you don’t make the same mistake.<br />
Lastly, if you have experienced what I have then, voice your concerns by writing your reviews and informing others and most importantly your “Broker” so they can advise other agents before signing up with REGENTOLOGY.
