This website advertised itself as having a satisfaction guarantee. When one of the products didn't feel right, they sent a replacement product (I paid the difference of the price and a restocking fee). The replacement was defective. They said they'd grant a refund if I returned both products and that they'd send an RMA so I could send it. They never got back to me about the RMA so I could not finish the process. I emailed them four times and have had no response. So I'm out of $100 because they won't follow through with their agreed return.
