Hi, MultiTrader.io website has not been providing any commercial service to individual customers at the time of this report. I can only suppose you were a victim of a scam that was pretending the identity of MultiTrader.io website. There was a scam telegram group running under the name of Multitrader.io run by unknown group. We have reported this to telegram and we have issued a warning on our website home page. The telegram group has eventually been terminated by Telegram after our scam report. The warning that we have issued is here: https://www.multitrader.io/telegram-bot-scam/.
