I had an account with them for more than 5-6 years and I had bought a few templates from them that I still use on working websites. a few days ago I tried to login to my account and after 3 attempts of unable to login message due to wrong password my account was DISABLED and I was advised to contact their support. The support after 2-3 days replied to me that they are sorry but my account will be permanently DISABLED due to their hidden policy that they cannot share with me, So now I cannot update the templates from the websites I have bought from them and some updates are really important. No respect to their customers, they operate with hidden policies and they take unreasonable decisions that affect peoples businesses. I have informed International and European Consumer rights and complaints. Every company can have policies but there are international and local laws they have to respect as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM, and avoid doing business with them
