100% a scam. No doubt about it. There is no customer service # or anything besides an email to which nobody will EVER reply back. The little chat box is taken care of by scammers that will never tell you their names nor get a supervisor when asked to get one to help you out. What really scared me is I started to type that I was gonna find the address to the company(also not on website) and the person replied to me saying that "I'd not find employees addresses and good try".. I didn't even send that message but he replied and then asked about me typing about the address. So they know what you're typing without even sending the message. Using a keystroke to know what you're typing at all times. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this site unless you want your identity and more stolen. I contacted everyone after this(bank, the payment plans they "offer" and more to tell them about this scamming website) and made sure they couldn't take anything from me.
