Takealot:
have always been satisfied with the service i received from you.
However on 28 Jan. 2022 changed. I opened the takealot logo message on my facebook page because of the invitation to partake in the competion to win a robot sweep mop(clear picture of a lady with a stack of these next to her) .<br />
I was requested to tick a box on the next window. I had 3 chanches.<br />
On my 2nd try another box came up flashing congratulations! You are a winner.<br />
I only had to pay for delivery. (R60). As takealot has my personal details, i only entered my credit card details.<br />

After this payment another window opened. I could pick one of 3 additional prices, due to my previous winning. It a cellphone or a mc note book or a laptop.<br />
I selected the mac notebook. <br />
Same as before, my details came up and i made the required R60 delivery payment from my credit card.<br />

Different from my previous experiences with takalot, i have received no notification mail or delivery notice since today. <br />
<br />
In stead, money is now fraudulently being deducted from my account by<br />
EShopBoxx[removed by editor] 44. I have opened a fraud case against them and takealot.<br />
<br />
Should i not hear from you by noon 31 Jan. 2022, i will post this mail on Hello Peter as well as facebook and instagram and other forums of which i am a member.<br />

I am angry and disappointed that advantage has been taken of my previous support. <br />
