The website is legit, but there are hidden fees that are not explained up front. They charge you a monthly fee, in addition to an hourly rate, and a cancellation fee if you cancel the hidden contract. Dazzling Cleaning does not hire and train housekeepers, they help you find housekeepers in your area who are looking for work. You can literally have complete strangers cleaning your home. Dazzling Cleaning claims to perform background checks on their independent contractors but it would appear that just anyone can sign up to be a cleaning person. I've only used them twice because it is difficult to find housekeepers who are reliable and willing to show up on schedule. The first cleaning person was great and did a fairly good job. The second time they sent someone out, she had a second person with her who did absolutely nothing but take out the trash and watch her do all the work. They showed up wearing face masks, but took them off once they got comfortable. Very inconsiderate. Second cleaner was mediocre at best. Even the most basic tasks were missed. She used the cheapest, dollar store cleaning products, which made my animals sick. Dazzling Cleaning claims they only use top rated cleaners but this can't be true or there wouldn't be so many complaints. I have four more cleanings to fulfill the contract. If I cancel the service now, there's a cancellation fee and it's not cheap.
