Hi, I need eBay explanation regarding Duty and Taxes for order number: 06-10434-55540, seller: bdgzone, dated Aug 19,2023 at 6:34 PM. Tracking# UPAAG000000053525056 / 5399577805 DHL.
Why is the amount I paid to eBay was £279.46 (£186.55+£92.91), but from Indonesian's customs office has declared the amount I should have paid was only £183.18 (IDR3572000÷19500)?<br />

So, as Indonesia's customs office has declared and reported, I have made an overpayment to eBay of £96.28, which, although it's not yet included shipment brokerage fee (±£11.5), the overpayment that occurred was 52.56% too much from what I should have paid! The two differences above are very striking.<br />

I attached eBay proof of payment, Indonesia's customs declaration, and ebay's seller invoice. I have also contacted seller this item (bdgzone), but he said he didn't know at all about this issue since eBay that made and calculated it.<br />

I must report back these duty and taxes amounts to my Gov Tax Office when sending my tax calculation and payment periodically, normally in monthly and yearly basis.<br />

Please response ASAP, due to Indonesia's customs office is waiting it.<br />

Upto this this issue is written there is no answer from aBay at all.<br />

As a shopper, I placed an order "GaZuXT" with order number: 9043065 amount of €339.66 before duty, taxes and brokerage cost, from fcmoto website. Order was dispatched at the same day, it's great!
27 April:
I sent 1st email asking why my parcel no movements at all? According to DHL's tracking.<br />
29 April:<br />
I got reply email from fcmoto stressing that parcel was in its way.<br />
2 May:<br />
I got email notification from DHL saying they can not ship my item, so it would be returned back to fcmoto. I forwarded straight away this notification to fcmoto for their knowing, while asking cancelation. Fcmoto replied telling "don't worry at all".<br />
3 May:<br />
Fcmoto emailed me telling that I don't need to cancel my order, because as soon as fcmoto receive the "cancelled-item" will repay REFUND money to my credit card (note: DHL delivered the "cancelled-item" to fcmoto at this day). No any option in fcmoto website abling me to cancel order.<br />
4 May:<br />
I emailed fcmoto asking when my money will be refunded, fcmoto replied telling don't worry.<br />
5 May:<br />
Since I though fcmoto was honest of REFUND and CANCELATION, and to speed up getting item, so I rebought same item from other online market place and forwarded this buying information to fcmoto that I don't need their "cancelled-item" any more, while waiting REFUND. I calmed because they replied: don't worry. But without my understanding fcmoto saddenly resent the "cancelled-item" to my address. And so pity fcmoto just informed me after dispatching it! I asked fcmoto why they were so mess up? They kept silent.<br />
8 May:<br />
DHL sent me invoice to pay my country duty and taxes, plus brokerage and surcharges. Due to its on behalf of my name therefore I had to paid it.<br />
9 May:<br />
I received same item from other online market place.<br />
10 May:<br />
I received the "cancelled-item" at my address from DHL, the same shipping company fcmoto used.<br />

My conclusion:<br />
1. Fcmoto customer service was too lazy to inform buyer. Consequently buyer become victims paying for item that are of no use at all.<br />
2. How if fcmoto prior inform me before resending the item? this issue surely stops here.<br />
3. If I try to reject the item from DHL, my money will absolutely be deducted with duty, taxes, and other, plus shipment cost. All was about 30% of FOB Price. Here is death trap starting played by fcmoto.<br />
4. Fcmoto is worry free party since the money had already been in their hand. They can do anything they want.<br />
5. This injustice management system should be STOP and treat both parties EQUALLY!<br />

This biggest online market place in Indonesia is unuse to open it internationally since they concentrate only in local x research in terms of product, service, delivery and other crucial points. One of funny thing in this online marketplace is all buyers can not rate the shipping company they use to deliver their order
