I ordered a desk on 11/28/2021 from their website and paid with PayPal. My transaction was processed and on 12/2/2021 I received tracking info for FedEx shipment. On 12/3/2021 tracking info reported my order was out for delivery but was being returned for new shipping label as it was undeliverable. Now Nice-Pay's shipping policy stated that if a shipment is undeliverable it will be returned to them and no refund issued for purchase. They have no phone number listed on their website so the only way to contact the is by email. I sent a message to them wanting to know what problem was with my order as the shipping address I provide was correct. Their response was a generic response. "It can be delivery error. We will try to ship again or sent u refund. Pls let us know"<br /> I received updated tracking info on 12/4/2021 from FedEx reporting my order was out for delivery to arrive between 9am -2pm. I waited all day but it never arrived. Tracking info updated stating it was delayed but no additional info provided. I called FedEx on 12/5/2021 and was informed that Nice-Pay had requested the shipment to be returned to them on 12/2/2021 - the same day that my payment was released to them by PayPal. Again I contacted Nice-Pay and received the same generic reply. After sending them a 3rd email stating I was going to report them as a scam, they refunded most of my money. It cost me a whole week waiting for my order that never arrived and an international transaction fee from a company that says they are in Texas.<br />
This company is a scam! Please think twice before buying anything from them.
