I ordered a mascot costume for a child October 3rd. It is now January 25th and I still have not received the item. The customer service keeps telling me it is on its way but still nothing. I paid $200 and have nothing. I think this is a scam. No one

We ordered our item on 10/1/2021 they didn't ship it until 10/29/2021. Today it is 12/2/2021 and we still have not received it.
