Their "agent" doesnt respond to me almos

Their "agent" doesnt respond to me almost for 3 weeks, he also doesnt help me understanding if the package is stuck on costumes, he stopped responding fast as soon as I sent him the money. Heven though I have a tracking link it hasnt moved for over
