My order never came. It says it's been in transit for Over a month. I have contacted them twice with no response. In my email I have a tracking number and an invoice number and it shows that there is no order..

It's not the real product. I've been using J-pro numbing cream for a few years now and it's always been a pink color. The one they sent is white. It also took almost a month to get it even though they're supposedly based in California like myself

Made in China
Everything is made and shipped from China. Don't expect fast delivery. To them 12 days just to make the shirt. So haven't gotten it.
