They told me I had to pay $190 for an activation code. Gabriel Rodrigues soon disappeared after getting my money on March 10, 2023. The company doesn’t answer my emails but claim they are legitimate. This is my update on Alphacoinstrade.ltd. On New Year’s day I received an email from this company stating how they are so grateful for their investors, how their investors can bank on them, and how they promised their investors to always be there for them. After reading this email I decided to reply to the email even though I had been getting ignored since December 23, 2020.As this company stated how they will never let their investors down, I had to reply and tell them just how much they have let me down by not getting me my withdrawal, and by ignoring my messages and emails. I let them know how disappointed I am with their service is and this fake ass company. I call this company fake because I didn’t think that they would reply to my email, however they did. This is what this fake company decided to email me in response to my email to them. They started their reply by saying how they are sorry for failing me last year, which is pure bullshit. They said some situations broke out that they as a company could not handle. They also told me that my customer care attendant Mrs. Angelica Was diagnosed with coronavirus. They told me she is the only one that knows how far she has gone in your transaction, but this is supposed to be a legitimate company. How convenient for them to be able to scam people out of their money by saying they had no option but to wait for her to be revived. How convenient for them to be able to keep scamming people out of their money back saying she is in a coma as we speak in a state of unconsciousness please bear with us. First of all what company only has one person to deal with one client alone? What I mean is why can’t someone else in the company help me get my money since she is out sick? I don’t want to sound insensitive to anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and that is in a coma suffering from COVID-19 let me be clear. However you mean to tell me that I have to wait and pray that this woman comes out of a coma so that I can receive my money? Some people don’t come out of a coma, so if she doesn’t come out of her coma does that mean I just lose the money that I invested in both of my withdrawals? So I’m supposed to just wait and hope that this poor lady survives her coma and comes out OK before I can receive my money? This company is full of shit. There is no way because one person is sick that I should have to wait for one person to come out of a coma to be able to get my money. There should be someone else that is able to feel in her place and take care of the client that she had before getting sick. If you asked me I think this is just this company’s way of being able to keep your money and not pay you. How in the hell does a company not be able to help a client because one of their employees out sick? Then they are going to tell me bear with us, no bear with this review because you are full of shit. Honestly I think that this is only one person behind this fake website pretending to be in a coma diagnosed with Covid because you cannot make me understand how is a company you cannot help your investor because their customer care attendant it is in a coma? Please I beg you for anyone that is looking at this company trying to figure out if they should invest do not waste your money, do not waste your time. These people are scammers they are liars and they are manipulators. There is no way that a company cannot help an investor because someone else is out sick that’s just a bullshit ass excuse to not give you your money. Go tell them I said it!!!
I invested with Alphacoinstrade.ltd on November 23, 2020. I was told that I would receive my profit on December 10, 2020. When December 10th came I made a with drawl to Western Union which they were supposed to send through Western Union, instead they claimed they stamp it to a bank called Westamerica bank in California when they knew I live in Louisiana. This bank start emailing me from [removed by editor], no real bank will email you from a [removed by editor] account. This so-called bank starts telling me that I have to send a payment for them to transfer my profit to my bank account, then got upset when I wouldn’t do so. I’ll go back to the company and they feed nothing but lies telling me I have to pay to have my money transferred, but why on earth would you send my profit to California if I’m in Louisiana? On December 20, 2020 I made another withdrawal that was also supposed to go through Western Union. They gave me the Western Union numbers and told me to wait 48 hours before I could pick up my profit. 48 hours later I checked with Western Union and found out that they gave me invalid Western union MTCN numbers. Since that day I have not been able to get in contact with this company, they ignore the chat and will not answer it. The support email isn’t even a valid email because when you send the email to it it returns the email and says that the support email does not exist. I have been trying to contact this company for a week come tomorrow December 30, 2020. This company is a total rip off in a scam, DO NOT INVEST WITH (ALPHACOINSTRADE.LTD). This company will steal your money and lie straight to your face, and have the nerve to get upset if you ask too many questions and that is because they don’t have the answer. After some time I realize that this website is not even up-to-date on copyright. If you are from the USA do not invest in a company from the UK or any other country other than the one you live in. Please share this information with anybody that’s interested in trading or anyone that is entertaining this company. Please let them know that this company is a total rip off liars in they are full of shit. Tell them I said it!
