Website was so frustrating purchasing the mosaic cross pendant. There was no option to select to have it engraved e en though it kept saying it could be done for that necklace. Even when messaging the chat for help, they gave a resolution but didn’t fully explain what I do so in the end it just made things even more frustrating. They will invoice me, ok then what? What do I do next? Tell me the entire process so I can understand, what an experience! Hence why I gave up! Ehhhh argh…
