I ordered my brushes over 2 months ago and I still have not received them. When I emailed them to cancel my order, they told me that the brushes were on the way and I still haven't gotten them. I have emailed them about 7 times in the past two months about this and I keep getting automated emails back from them saying, "Your brushes are on the way!" and "So sorry about the delay!" but nothing that seems like it is from an actual person.
