Items cheaply made, nothing fit; return made impossible. In my first three emails, I asked for confirmation of return address. After my second request, their email claimed, "We understand your concern and can assure you of lawful operation of our company." But still no address was provided. Time was running out on my 30 days (deadline on their return policy) so I mailed it to the address from which it was sent. I let them know it was on its way back to them and they asked to what address I had sent it. I attached the receipt from the mailing store and they responded, "Upon checking the system, you delivered the items to the wrong address. We can only refund you 50% of the items that you return." How's that for a rip off??
