I bought a kitchen double wall unit at £250.i emailed concerned about traveling from China to here and because it was saying free delivery. Which I thought well ill check.so they emailed me back saying because of distance they would charge me £126 for a pallet delivery. I also paid £2 insurance to cover any damage seemingly. As i really liked it and plenty stuff comes from China and all round the world un damaged.so i went ahead and placed order.to wait 10 weeks which is understandable. The package came in a carboard box with minimal foam packing inside and absolutely no effort to pack this properly knowing the distance it has to travel. so it had oil or something spilled or had been lying on the floor. Which had went onto a couple of the grey panels. They have bubbled now. And has carboard stuck to them. The other panels are all's scratched every panel. When the guy took it into my kitchen and throu it of his shoulder and slammed it onto the floor. I knew then this anit going be good.so i opened and cleaned the oil or what ever it was of. And started taking photos one by one and sent of to customer support ha ha.not.i was offered 10 %back.after about a week of emailing back and forth.it went to 20%..and again to 30%.then to 40%.i am now 4 weeks on and was told to send the unit back to china at my expense and they will refund unit only. They did say at the start they would replace some of the unit.as i said i didn't want that and to wait 10 weeks i wanted my money back .like i am entitled to. They point blank refuse and tell me to send back....if they had packed it properly i wouldn't be asking for a refund. You sent that in extremely poor packing knowing it wont make it to Scotland. And now have RIPPED ME OF shocking company and even more shocking customer service. I never write reviews. But under the circumstances and a loss of £350 i dont want other people making the same mistake. Thanks jason
