Be very cautious, sounds a lot like other part job online scams, Actian1[removed by editor] comes to mind. Likely best to walk away from this. If you are looking for part time online work, do it through a reputable agency.

A total scam, do not get drawn in to their bullshit. Do not let your guard down, do not bother to explore their scheme ... just delete and walk away.
