First, you are not really allowed to try the training out before buying. They claim that they have a "money-back guarantee;" however, you need to read the small print. First, you need to keep the product for a specific amount of days. Then, you have to prove to them that the technique(s) did not work, most likely via video, and making sure that you are following their instructions to the letter. So, basically, they can deny a refund if somehow they deem your "proof" insufficient. And I would imagine that's most of the claims.<br />

Further, the videos are dubbed from some other language, and they go on and on and on just repeating the same stuff. It is extremely hard to watch someone talking and their lips do not correspond (at all) with what you hear. In addition, the videos are of terrible quality. They have this lady standing there from 10 ft away, just talking. After several videos, she starts demonstrating, but again, there is so much talking and so little "demonstrating." <br />

Also, their techniques are rubbish. I bought this as a refresher to training from PetSmart over a decade ago. I have a new dog, so I didn't want to spend the PetSmart price again. I just wanted a refresher. Well, this material goes totally opposite to what PetSmart taught me. For instance, this training wants you to not feed your dog except from your hand (!). That is, you are supposed to keep walking with your fistful of food, having the dog follow you and feeding him small portions at a time. That, my friends, is rubbish. No one has that amount of time, and what about if the food is not dry, but moist? They say not to leave the dog to eat from a bowl/plate. <br />

Basically, this is a terrible product that I encourage everyone to stay away from it. I can't see how it is worth the time or money.<br />
