HeyShape are a drop shipping company who refuse to refund and offer 14 day free returns as their website suggests. If you are based in the uk and you wish to return your item for a refund they will offer a few discounts prior to providing returns information. From here you will be expected to return the item to America tracked at a cost of £15 which you have to fund yourself. They do not have a return address because they are drop shipping the product directly from China. Your item will be returned to a charity (not sure how the charity quality checks the item) from here they suggest they will offer a refund if the item is returned in unused condition, i don't trust the company to refund the money even if the item was returned. Deflection and ignoring customers is their way to push you just to give up on trying to get your money back. My advice is don't buy from the company. But if you do - purchase the item and ask to return it and that is a fast hack to receiving more money off your product. It can work both ways.
