I’ve been a customer of this company since 2012, placing multiple orders for noticeboards. The level of customer service has reached an all-time-low, and their willingness to take responsibility is non-existent.
My latest order arrived damaged, and to make matters worse, the boards came with metal trims I never requested or needed. When I brought this up with the company, they falsely claimed they’ve never supplied boards without trims, despite my ordering the exact same product from them for over a decade.<br />

Rather than owning up to their mistake, they placed the blame on me, saying it was my responsibility to check the part number. This is not only poor customer service but also unprofessional and dishonest. To add insult to injury, they charge exorbitant shipping fees, but cannot provide tracking numbers.<br />

Overall, their refusal to acknowledge the issue and their attempt to deflect responsibility shows a complete disregard for long-time customers. If you value good service, transparency, and honesty, I’d recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
