My dress arrived 3 weeks after ordering. The stitching was unacceptable. The seam edging was visibly sticking out of the neckline at both joins, pockets not stitched neatly on the outside, also clearly visible, no facings, no proper hemming, sleeves untidily hemmed. Unwearable! I've had to jump through hoops to return and get a refund. It is not hassle free as advertised. After no less than five emails, photos of the many areas of poor stitching, I finally received an address to shop to. GUESS WHAT? I have to post it to China. This is not a Sydney Company. The address includes instructions such as "up the stairs turn left, third door on the left etc". I'll be out of pocket for postage to China that will most likely NOT reach its destination. I give up. The dress is going in the bin. The company is a rip-off ‼️ BUYER BEWARE
