A false advertisement sent me a product that was teeny tiny flimsy something I can never use something. They let me know that unless it's defective, which in my opinion it is but unless it's defective there's no returns. But when you look up the return policy online before you purchase, it says if you want to return it for any reason you can do that in the first 30 days for a full refund. Once I sent them a screenshot back is a reply reminding them of there return policy. I've never heard anything again. I'm going to have to go online and dispute the charge with my bank
