Customer Service was terrible
I signed up for $200 to list my boat. After 3 days, I never got any leads or interest from the website (not even 1). Listed on craigslist at the same time and received 5 serious inquiries. I ended up selling it from a lead on craigslist. Contacted

Customer service is always very responsive
I've been using Toucan Fax for a couple months. Customer service is always very responsive. Satisfied with service so far. Good company.
