I drove 4 hours with 2 small kids to be informed at the desk my reservation had been canceled. The money had still been taken out of my account! I called customer service and waited 30+ min while they communicated with their travel partner. Indeed, canceled due to a "technical glitch." Their solution was to refund the 10% but that will take 3-5 days. Thankful the hotel had a last-minute reservation and I had the funds to cover or this would've been an absolute disaster.
