There are very specific provisions <br />
related to self-employed individuals and Tax Credits for Paid Leave Under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. <br />

From what I can tell about this company, they do not do anything as people have gone years without assistance. I am VERY hesitant to provide our private information to this company with no other inflation about them available on the internet. They do not appear in the California Secretary of State business search. <br />
