I placed an order on the first of May. The information on the website said 2 to 7 day delivery. An account was created showing my order was in pending status. After 10 days there was no update so I left a message with no response. I called and spoke to George who told me I was considered living in Northern Caifornia (I live in Bakersfield which is central)but as a favor he would ship my order to me. I asked if I placed a second order (May 14, 2024) if he would ship with my original order with no response from George. <br />

My original plants arrived and were wonderfully packaged and looked good considering UPS from Riverside to Bakersfield. My last conversation with George, he said I would need to order $600. I don't need $600 with of plants so I asked for a refund. <br />

There hasn't been a response to phone calls or messages sent and a refund has not been processed as of this date. Be very careful dealing with this company.
