After 4 weeks I received, not in a box but in a plastic bag, from China and of Chinese manufacture 2x size L. I send a message with clear pictures of the wrong products to support and get the reply that upon inspection by the warehouse, the items match the original order. As a token of goodwill, I receive compensation of US$6. What an incredibly bad treatment and company. Advertising Panama hats from South America and delivering the wrong Chinese junk. Less than 1 star!<br />

I asked for a paid return form to return the wrong products. I am using the refund guarantee. Support now says return costs too much and I can give the products to someone else. Really unimaginable.
