Did not offer refund on phone with fault they sold. Said it was repaired but fault still present on return. Returned phone to wrong address. Not offered refund or replacement. When ask to speak with manager, customer service just stonewall , delay and give generic answers or dismiss concerns or say manager will be in contact. They do not take responsibility for faulty products they sell. Pass substandard international products with limited function off as australian stock. As yet no manager despite asking numerous times and over couple of months. And phone still faulty. They do not have legitimate complaints process or contact for manager. Do not have any australian contacts. Not following consumer laws. Please report them to accc or consumer trading also. Exhausting to deal with.
