Order due 5th. On 4th,5th and 8th received "non delivery due to bad weather locally" [removed by editor]plained daily as there has never been any bad weather. Identical generic lie from Prodirect 1st 3 days refusing to explain the lie /non delivery. Wrote a negative Trustpilot report reporting 1)non delivery 2)false excuse. 3) non functional tracking link. Received 1st human response from Prodirect - refusing ti investigate non delivery or false excuse till day 10. Now day 13 , tracking link still non functional, heard nothing from their imaginary couriers since day 7, heard nothing more from Prodirect. The transaction has been a scam
