Bought something through a FB ad from a company called Ivy-Amelia. Did not receive confirmation email and tried to contact the company to confirm if order had been received - both email addresses on their website bounced back as 'unknown'. Raised dispute with CC company. Then noticed two charges from a company SafetyBig Kelty GBR. Contacted this company and they told me I'd unwittingly signed up for a few 7 day membership of their site ("I understand that you probably misread that part") then as I didn't cancel it (because I didn't know I had to!) they started charging me US$49.99 a month! ("The system will automatically activate the trial to a full membership and charge you the full fee in accordance with the terms and conditions you have agreed to if the trial membership is not canceled during the trial period"). Be warned. I cannot see how this is legal. Do not buy from either Ivy-Amelia or from SafetyBig.
