The order information stated that the tax was zero. However, when the product arrived at Turkish customs, I received an e-mail containing the invoice sent by this site that the product was seized at customs. I saw that the invoice sent by this site was issued as 139 Euros. I contacted the site and stated that the amount written on my credit card statement and the invoice amount were not the same, and that the tax payment was stated as zero when paying. The site asked me for my credit card statement. They changed the amount on the statement which I sent them and sent me my statement and asked me to do my customs clearance with it. Also, the www.bricksdirect[removed by editor].tr where I purchased the product did not include the sales contract, nor did the e-mail sent to me contain this contract. there was also no warning that I had to pay customs duty. As a result, the price of the product on the site and the invoice sent by cargo are completely different.
