My experience
I ordered three different personalized items. I recieved said products within a week from order date. I did not contact customer support, so had no experience with them. My items were exactly what I ordered.

My experience, they sell junk!
I placed my order dec 5th. I contacted them dec 23. I recieved an automated message about them having too many orders and I would recieve shipping email when shipped. It is Jan 7th, I contacted "Judy", which is also an automated response, she says
