Very unclear in their policies and leave very important pieces of information out, such as you only have so many trades at each level. They freeze your account if you don't make it to the next level in those trades, which is hard enough. For example, at level 2 (2000-10000), say you deposit 2000, you have 40 trades (can do 2 a day, 12 hour cycles), and you get your balance up to 7800 but you've used all 40 trades. They then freeze your account, and say that you have 1 calendar week to pay the difference to get up to level 3. They make it seem as though you only have to pay the 2200 to unlock, and move up. What they don't tell you is that your profits don't count as part of the deposit. You have to pay an additional 8000, so you have deposited 10k of your personal money. They fail to tell you this, and if you don't have a deposited total of 10k (of your own money, your profits you originally made don't count towards the 10k to move up.) I lost 6100 of my own money, even though with my profits i had made on the 40 trades was over the amount they said i needed to move up and unlock my account and continue trading. Predatory practices, and if you don't start at level 5 where there is no trade limit, you're standing to lose a lot of money really fast. Avoid at all costs!!!!
