Groupon[removed by editor] 2-3 months ago lost my account which had $300.00 of unused paid Groupon's in my account. I have written them numerous times over the last two months, asking the support staff to correct this issue and [removed by editor] my account and history .<br />
They just reply with there CANNED response say they will get back to in 4-5 day with their solution , 60 days later there is no solution.<br />
I have asked for a refund of my paid property in the amount of $300.00 no response .<br />
I have presented them with purchase confirmations !<br />
No manager called me!<br />
No restoration of my account . <br />
The only logical conclusion is they scammed me out of $300.00 <br />
From a consumer stand point stay away from Groupon as their serve is nothing more then a scam!
