There is evidence that about 4 Billion USD disappeared, together with her, leaving tens of thousands of people all around the world without any repayment on their investment into OneCoin. <br />

The question here is: who has invested a large sum of money in Bulgaria to create such an extensive financial service platform as Paytiko?? And who has the financial knowledge to set this up? Dr. Ruja Ingnatova surely has that knowledge, she used it extensively to set up One Coin to convince many that it was a legit enterprise... Dr. Ruja has a PHD in private international law and is reported to have worked for management consulting firm McKinsey & Company<br />

Does this money, that is invested in the creation of the Paytiko payment platform, maybe come out of that 4 Billion USD that Ruja is having in her pocket? Is she at it again, but this time to defraud international companies as well?<br />

Remember, Dr, Ruja is on the most wanted list of the FBI in the USA. That should be a big red flag for anybody trusting his financial assets and bookkeeping to Paytiko. Much too little is known about this platform, next to that it does not seem to attract many customers, even though it promotes itself with world wide email campaigns.
