I've been with Apollo for quite a few years now. Two weeks ago I couldn't connect for a whole week. I emailed the company and followed to a T all of their instructions to get back on, but nothing worked. Then I received an email stating I need a vpn. I replied by asking why after all these years do I need one? Their reply wasn't specific, but I subscribed to their recommended VPN instead of using the one I have used in the past with no issues. I expected to be up and running. Instead I got buffering every 5-10 minutes, and quickly realized I had spent $80 for nothing. I canceled the vpn with no refund. I emailed Apollo and conveyed my absolute disappointment and frustration with their service and their vpn recommendation, I was neither rude nor personal, and told them if they cannot resolve my issue I will have to go to a different iptv, and they replied with this:<br />

I then sent a reply stating they just lost my business, and my husband sent them a message thru my email so as to include a paper trail, telling them not to talk to me that way and emphasized if that was understood, and they replied with this:<br />

I forwarded all the emails to my husband's email because I could not deal with this disrespect anymore, and I found myself a new iptv provider that has way more channels and content. You decide for yourself if you want to subscribe to a company that has zero customer service and talks to people that pay for their service with such disrespect as they spoke to me.<br />
