Really bad service, I returned an item because I need an exchange and after a lot of email to wannaccess the package has been returned to me. The reason given by the delivery company is the absence of the receiver and not having picked up the package on time from the office after being notified. The wannaccess service said they would pick the package, but finally they didn't. To sum up, they stopped answering my emails, so I don't know what is going to happen with my money and my exchange.<br />

I have payed for an item that is not cheap and I have also payed for the shipping costs. Then I have payed for the shipment of the package for an exchange. The package arrived to your warehouse the 18th of october, and after a lot of emails, the 3rd of november the package was returned to me. The result is that I do not have the new item in the size I need and I am losing the money of the purchase and the money of the shipment of the package.<br />
