Read all the negative reviews, they give an honest answer..unless you want to reset your phone and everything on it..then sure, buy what iTunes can do.
Make sure you read ALLLL the fine print, go through the entire website because they hide it in FAQ and the terms and conditions conditions. So this product essentially does what iTunes does,? It resets your phone completely. Don't fall for the "unlock your phone to get data"..it doesn't, it wipes it. If I wanted to wipe my phone I could've just done the conventional method.

"Furthermore, the disclaimer within the software states that removing the password will erase all data stored on the device. By continuing to use this product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the disclaimer."

It doesn't say this on the main page, you actually have to go diving for this information.

Don't pay the price of resetting your phone when iTunes and other products do it for free.
