At first I thought they were great. Great pricing and good communication but there was one big problem.
If you're in Canada avoid. They use FedEx, quote you a price then hammer you with fees upon delivery. Presuming they deliver.
This turned into a nightmare of frankly, lies.
They claimed to have tried to reach me via Lordgun yet have the same contact info.
I told them that there's a mail room just for courier deliveries, secured with a code all major couriers have, if not the office next door has it. FedEx claimed to be unable to drop it off. I said that I just took a shipment from DHL and that perhaps DHL could give them directions.
Lordgun, not FedEx emailed me saying to call a 1800 number. Did that. Again, the guy claimed the courier was unable to access the mail room. I know this is BS. I then asked to just pick it up myself. At this point he says there's a $15 fee(I think the real reason they pretended to be unable to drop it off), I say no problem, he claims there's no pick up locations in my city. I'm going to call BS again, I see businesses with signs advertising FedEx pick up locations.
So what I am left with is one option, stay at home for a day and wait to physically meet the delivery guy. That's it. I have to now try to get a day off work, costing me hundreds, to get a $100 order.
Obviously, I gave up. No one in their right mind is going to pay this much.
Lordgun sends a return/reimbursement form which I explain what happened and DENIED it!
In summary, they got their product and my money and I got a headache and a lighter wallet.
I feel robbed.
