I ordered for 129€. I selected home delivery. I payed with paypal (luckely!) and waited for my order.
I got an email where the company announced there was a problem with my order and it couldent be delivered. They added a phonenumber and said to contact the post office.<br />
The number provided didnt work or is unexistant. The local post office doesnt have my order and the track&trace was impossible for them to track.<br />
Ive sent several emails and always got the same answer.<br />
I also cant go pick it up, and even if i could: no one knows where my order is.<br />
I got a mail saying that i have to pock up my order or it would be returned and destroyed!!!!!<br />
Where?!?! I just want my order to be delivered at home like i ordered and payed for. <br />
Fortunatly i payed with paypal and i opened a claim. So i hope i get a refund.<br />
No sollution was given, no help was given, they didnt propose to re-send because they said the order would be returned to them…<br />
Im extremely unsatisfied and very disapointed with the company and service…<br />
Just dont buy there, the articles are beautiful but its not a trustworthy company ald bad service.<br />

I recieved the order. The shoes were NOTHING like the pictures, extremely bad quality, size not correct with EU40, the finishing was very bad and they smelled horrible. I changed case type on paypal and went deeper into this case after reading reviews. <br />
I saw the shoes are sold on aliexpress at much lower pricer and basso uses EXACTLY the same presentation pictures as aliexpress. Do a photosearch on aliexpress with a screenshot from basso and you end up with the same shoes.<br />
Gladly all this proof got my case closed in my favor and i got a refund.<br />
I was scammed and i hope alot of people that want to buy there will read my review.<br />
