Hello,
I am extremely disappointed in this company from their whole entire return process. I don’t know how to get my money back other than to post truthful reviews in hopes you’ll give my money back. I have all the emails
saved and screenshotted for proof. Just to give context, this is what I've dealt with.<br />

1. 9/12. You sent me the wrong product <br />
2. 9/12. I emailed that I received wrong product and would like to pursue an exchange <br />
3. 9/13 You refused to make it right and exchange correct product. you tell me you'll reimburse shipping and give me a 30% for the dress I ORDERED. <br />
4. 9/16 I went to FedEx and it was $133 for shipping. You email me back refusing to pay me back shipping cost<br />
5. 9/18 you offer me 40-50 % off to buy the correct product <br />
6. 9/19. You tell me to show evidence of a ripped or torn dress. And I said it wasn’t damaged. It was sent incorrectly. <br />
7. 9/19. You offered me a 70% off coupon <br />
8. 9/20. You tell me to cut the dress in half for a refund <br />
10. I was afraid I was going to get blackmailed with that so I was hesitant and I finally did <br />
11. 9/24. Photo of dress sent cut in half. <br />
12. 9/24. You say I will get a refund in 5-7 business days. It’s now been approximately 13 or 14. <br />
13. 10/14. I have sent follow up emails on 10/4, 10/7, 10/9, 10/12 and 10/14. <br />
14. The Website says this is based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan and I got product from China. I felt I was supporting small business <br />
15. The phone lines don’t work. I’ve asked for a phone number to call now 2 or 3 times and my request always gets ignored. <br />
16. I feel my emails are being ignored if they are responded to, it’s in the middle of the night which makes me think this company is not based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, which is in my time zone. <br />
17. I’ve never seen anything like this and I hope this scammy website isn’t doing this to every single order to steal customer’s money. This is extremely disappointing. I do believe this is how your company tends to make money and profit. <br />
18. I don’t spend more than $5 on anything for myself. I splurged with this dress and this is what I’ve had to deal With. $69 may be not a lot to you but to me it is a lot. <br />
19. Shame on this. Shame on you. <br />
