OMG - The customer service is non-existent! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I purchase 3 rooms for this past weekend. My trip was to start on 8/21, however I came down with COVID. There was a cancel date of 8/15, but I tested on 8/19. I immediately called
expecting to be accommodated but that was not the case. I called, emailed and even texted and got the same rote answer from each and every brainless automaton that works there. I called the property(Hilton) and was told that Holisto had to initiate a request by email to Hilton to cancel due to COVID. This seems easy enough and logical however HOLISTO ABSOUTELY IGNORED THIS REQUEST. NOT ONE OF THE EMAILS ADDRESSED MY REQUEST FOR THEM TO CONTACT HILTON.<br />
The truth is that I didn't really want a refund as I plan to go back to Montreal this month. I missed a big party that I organized for my father's 96th birthday.<br />
As sick as I was, I stayed at my desk and tried to find a human who would respond to me but no. I am out the entire cost of my room. What a vile and despicable company!
