When I went to make a withdrawal, at first my request was rejected twice. I finally got a little help, made a new request to withdraw, it was marked as successful, the address is correct, but the funds never appeared in my wallet or the blockchain.

You will never be able to withdraw your original investment or anything you have earned.
If you invest here, you may do well and multiply your initial investment, but then they get you into a cycle of fees required to be paid, and every time you pay a fee, they come up with another fee after that, and you are never allowed to withdraw
