Sold me used item as new and wouldn't refund
They sent me a GPU in a thin plastic bag (no padding) which had a whiny fan - probably because it was used instead of new as they advertised (they buy a lot of used stuff). I returned it in a bubbled bag and they only partially refunded me claiming
